Responsibilities
- Install and activate Fiber Optic network at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot network issues quickly and accurately.
- Perform preventive maintenance for network devices.
- Prepare technical work reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with NOC/operations team for escalation handling.
Requirements
- Male, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum SMK (TKJ/RPL) or related D3 background.
- Proven experience as Fiber Optic technician.
- Able to work independently and in team setting.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Comfortable working at heights.
