Responsibilities

  • Install and activate Fiber Optic network at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot network issues quickly and accurately.
  • Perform preventive maintenance for network devices.
  • Prepare technical work reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with NOC/operations team for escalation handling.

Requirements

  • Male, maximum 30 years old.
  • Minimum SMK (TKJ/RPL) or related D3 background.
  • Proven experience as Fiber Optic technician.
  • Able to work independently and in team setting.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
